The rules of play are the Rules of Etiquette of Golf as approved by the United States Golf Association (USGA), except as modified by the Local Rules. Local Rules: Roads and paths within the property limits are not hazards. Out of bounds right of 4, left of 8, right of and over fence on 12.  Out of bounds over walls on 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 and 9. In an effort to maintain an enjoyable pace of play, please give way to faster players and wave groups up on par 3 holes.
